Autumn School for Single Cell-ers
This workshop is built on a clear premise: to understand biology today, you must master real life single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) data analysis. As scRNA-seq becomes central to research, knowing how to handle and interpret complex datasets is essential.
Over five days, participants will work in teams on real-life research projects that serve as a guiding thread throughout the course. These projects structure the learning journey, linking each session to practical analysis steps using generated datasets and cutting-edge tools for cell-type identification and spatial transcriptomics. The workshop combines essential theoretical input with a strong emphasis on hands-on practice, guided by international experts.
Participants will be divided into teams. Each team will have a project that will serve as a common thread throughout the workshop. Guided step by step across the week, teams will apply the methods learned to build a complete analytical pipeline, from raw data processing to biological interpretation. The workshop will conclude with a project presentation, allowing each team to share their findings and reflect on their analytical approach.
Informal and social moments woven into the program will further support collaboration, peer exchange, and meaningful connections with trainers and fellow researchers.
