Recommendation to scientific and higher education institutions in the context of extraordinary measures arising out of the state of emergency

With the main objective of limiting the spread of the SARS-COV-2 virus and protecting public health, the Council of Ministers of 13 January 2021 approved a set of extraordinary measures.

With regard to the activity of scientific and higher education institutions, the Office of the Minister for Science, Technology and Higher Education decreed, in a statement, the continuity of teaching and R&D activities, ensuring the functioning of the institutions and guaranteeing the authorization of travel by students, lecturers, researchers and employees of these institutions.
