Objectives:

Understanding oncological disease from an integrative perspective, relating the biology of cancer cells to diagnostic methods, prognostic evaluation, and therapeutic actions. Understanding the importance of research in the molecular characterization of tumors and the interaction of the tumor with the host from a perspective of recognizing future strategies in cancer prevention and therapy.

Clinical activity assisting Academic Clinical Research projects (with the Medical Oncology Service and the University Medical Oncology Clinic).
