Professor Miguel Castanho was interviewed by the journalist Ana Sousa Dias, in Saúde Mais Tv's show Raio X.

In this conversation, Professor Miguel Castanho tells us about his fascination with research since he was young, saying that it was curiosity that led him to study Biochemistry.

He recalls the early days of his academic career, which began at the Faculty of Sciences of Lisbon; he then went to the Higher Technical Institute (IST), where he completed his PhD in Biochemistry, before finally joining our Faculty, where he is Full Professor at the Institute of Biochemistry.

He also tells us about his research works, those that have proved fruitful and those that are expected to bear fruit in the near future.
