Keep In Mind
Tools For Innovation in Health - Come and break some new ground with us!
The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Office of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Lisbon (GIE) aims at raising awareness, inform and enable the community FMUL and also ULisboa for topics related to innovation and entrepreneurship.
With these goals in mind the GIE created a series of 6 workshops called “Tools for Innovation in Health” which aim to provide useful and current tools for those interested, whether for those who already have ideas they want to develop or for those who wish to learn about these subjects and don't know where to start. The 6 workshops were created in order for the participants to learn about tools and methods, from the creation of an idea to the final project presentation, without leaving out important processes of the project, like how to prepare funding for a tender or protect their innovations.
These workshops will follow a methodology with a high practical component, using real cases and role plays. There will be group dynamics, as well as constant feedback, in which every participant's experience will be important for every task and it will contribute to everybody's improvement.
The 6 workshops are as follows:
In this year of Tools for Innovation in Health workshops, we will release two editions already in February and March:
- The first one for pre- and post-graduates of the University of Lisbon in the field of health that will take place between 18 and 25 of February, one workshop per day. Registrations are until 8th of February.
- - The second one will be for FMUL Employees and it will take place in March between 4 and 29 of March. This edition will last less (3 hours) and there will be 2 workshops per week in order to facilitate the participation and to create the least possible constraints in the work routine. Registrations are until 22th of February.
The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Office hopes the whole FMUL community and ULisboa find this initiative interesting. We believe that there are a lot of new things to learn in innovative projects that our Faculty develops, at scientific, health, pedagogical or administrative level.
