It was at the Introduction Week Ceremony, on 20 September, that the 1st Year Students of the Integrated Master's in Medicine publicly swore to follow the Faculty's Code of Honour.
The Code of Honour, created by the Pedagogical Council of the Faculty of Medicine – University of Lisbon, aims to guide the conduct and practice of the student as an integral element and representative of the institution.
The agreement is based on a series of documents: The 2017 Pedagogical Regulation, the ANEM Code of Ethics, the Code of Conduct and Good Practice of the University of Lisbon and the Code of Ethics of the Medical Association, and is composed of 11 principles.
It was presented by the President of the Pedagogical Council, Professor Joaquim Ferreira, and was read by two students, representatives of the Students of that body.
