Coffee has an unjustifiably bad reputation. There are in-depth studies that prove that people who drink more coffee have less coronary disease, less Alzheimer's or Parkinson's disease.
But talking about coffee is not talking about caffeine. Of the thousands of substances found in coffee, some have a beneficial impact.
That's the opinion of António Vaz Carneiro, professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Lisbon, based on scientific evidence.
