On 7 May the country's biggest university race, the Health + Solidarity Race, organized by the Students Association of the Faculty of Medicine of Lisbon (AEFML), will be held again.
This will be the fourth edition of the race, which aims to promote not only physical well-being and health, but also the spirit of mutual help and, above all, solidarity.
The Health + Solidarity race, as in the previous edition, will consist of three different events: the walk (4 km) and the races (7km and 10km).
Each event will have a different course, yet to be determined. They will have in common the place of departure - Alameda of the University - and the place of arrival – Estádio Universitário.
In the previous edition 2 260 people participated and the amount of 12,870 Euros was raised, subsequently donated to the supported institutions.

This year, the institutions supported by this race are already known:
- David Vaz Associação;
- Dravet Portugal - Dravet Syndrome Association Portugal;
- Lava – Vidas Project - Therapeutic Laundry;
- SPEM Institution
