Information:
New Request Form
In order to facilitate and standardize students’ communication with the various sectors of the Academic Area, a new form in editable PDF format has been produced.
From now on, this is the form to be used in all types of written requests.
Request to be filled: General Request
How to fill and where to send the request form:
1. – Fill in all fields in the form
2. – Save all the changes made
3. - Attach the PDF file to a new email
4. - Submit the file to one of the mailboxes listed below, according to the subject in question.

(For mobility-related matters)
Academic Services – Access Management and Recognition of Qualifications – pedagogica@fm.ul.pt
(For matters related to accreditations/equivalences of Compulsory Core Subjects, readmissions, course transfer, access, and permutations)
Academic Services – Academic Careers Management – academica@fm.ul.pt
(For matters related to enrolment, registration, tuition, improvement of grades, fees, statutes, examinations, absence justifications, part-time general regime, passed deadlines)
Curricular Management Services – ggc@fm.ul.pt
(For matters related to the year 6 clinical internship, final course work of the Integrated Master Degree in Medicine, elective subjects activities, accreditation of elective subjects)
Request Track: 1. – Reception of request by one of the sectors of the Academic Services
2. – Preparation of the information by the Academic Services (if applicable)
3. – Forwarding the request to the authority responsible for making the decision
4. – Sending the decision regarding the request to the student’s email (institutional mail @campus.ul.pt)
