The European Researchers’ Night is an event that brings together the general public and researchers, normally taking place on the fourth Friday of September all over Europe. Its main aim is to disclose researchers and science in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Researchers’ Night offers the opportunity to see research facilities that normally are not open to the public (laboratories, research centres, and museum collections, among others), use advanced technologies and research tools under the guidance of scientists, participate in experiments, contests and quizzes, watch demonstrations and simulations, and exchange ideas with researchers.
