The statutes of the new University of Lisbon were officially approved, last 4 April. This is not the end of a process, but an important step in a path that will continually require the full participation of the entire UL community.
It is also our pleasure to announce that which is, to date, the largest energy efficiency project in academia, at the University of Lisbon: four photovoltaic plants, consisting of more than 2 600 solar panels will produce more than one million kilowatts per year to the city.
We also share with our readers Professor Mário Gastão Lopes’ Last Lesson, which took place last April 4 in the Aula Magna of FMUL, as well as various news that are a part of our life in the University and to which we are called upon, in one way or the other. Here are three examples: the World Voice Day, yet another edition of Futurália and the Professor Francisco Pulido Valente Academic Award.
On behalf of the whole team, we wish you good work and good readings!
