The elections to form the Workers Committee (CT-UL) and to approve its statutes were held across the university on 7 December 2012. 568 non-teaching staff (out of a total of 1.164) participated in the elections, which corresponded to a participation rate of 48.8% (see attached files).
The vote gave a clear and expressive victory to the YES on both questions asked: 96.1% on the first (constitution of the CT-UL) and 92.8% on the second (approval of its statutes).
Thus, the Electoral Committee will now request the registration of the constitution of the workers committee and approval of the statutes to the Directorate- General of Administration and Public Employment (DGAEP). Afterwards it will be published in the Government’s Official Gazette
