Training for non-teaching staff of UL

The Training and Professional Development Centre of the Shared Services of the University of Lisbon (NFAP) has been increasing and diversifying its activity in the area of training projects.
The application to the Human Potential Operational Programme (POHP) was made in this context, with the aim of seeking financial support to carry out the planned training. This process was conducted in partnership with the training company Companhia Própria and the outcome was very positive.
As part of the 9.3.3 POPH typology – Qualification of Central and Local Civil Service Professionals and Health Professionals, the NFAP, in partnership with the training companies Companhia Própria and CAPEDUC, will offer eighty-five training courses to all employees of the UL.
Twenty seven training courses of the 9.2.3 type – Certified Training in Modules, will also be made available to a target audience external to the Civil Service and offered in partnership with Companhia Própria and APTHUS companies. The training plan covers several areas of interest to the UL, including Behaviour/Management, Information Technologies, Accounting, Human Resources, Quality, Finance, Administration, Secretarial Skills, Communication, and Law. Those interested in doing the courses and wishing to know more may access the NFAP through the site.
