New Subscriptions through FMUL/HSM Cooperation in 2008

Following an efficient policy of income management and a sharing of resources, the Lisbon Faculty of Medicine (FMUL) joined the Santa Maria Hospital (HSM) to set up two EBM – Evidence-based Medicine – subscriptions for support for clinical decisions, which are now available on the IPs of both institutions, or externally through VPN access.

In this manner the conditions have been created for all those interested to be able to access the information based on the best evidence and carefully reviewed by experts in each specialty, such as, for example: medicine (all specialties), surgery, paediatrics, obstetrics / gynaecology, primary care, among others.
