The Hospital of the Future Forum aims at promoting good practice in health in Portugal on the level of public, private and social entities, in recognition of the efforts made by people and organisations with confirmed contributions towards the development of health in Portugal, establishing a platform for the sharing of experiences in which everyone may participate and learn.

The categories that may receive awards are: Accessibility; Local Councils; Biotechnology; e-Health; Education; Health Management & Economics; Health Partnerships; Obesity Prevention; Health Quality; Certification and Accreditation; and Social Service.
