plano de atividades 2023

The FMUL Activity Plan for 2023, was unanimously approved by the School Council on November 30th.

FMUL has reached a very strong level of development, with promising opportunities existing, with emphasis on the full exploitation of the new teaching and research facilities and the development of the Centro Académico de Medicina de Lisboa (CAML).

Despite the need to resolve persistent shortcomings and the existence of threats to the stability of the development process, the Faculty reached an installed capacity that, combined with the resources of the Centro Hospitalar Universitário Lisboa Norte (CHULN) and the Instituto de Medicina Molecular – João Lobo Antunes ( iMM - JLA), make it possible to project CAML as one of the great European academic centers in the near future.

The FMUL defines its Action Plan for 2023 with this framework in mind. Additionally, the 2023 Plan must be understood in the context of the mission, vision, principles, values and aligned with the Strategic Plan for the 2022-2026 quadrennium.

This Action Plan thus constitutes the first step towards implementing the Strategic Plan, which is based on 3 pillars (Education, Research and Impacts on Society) and 5 axes (People, Facilities, Quality of Processes, Communication and Financing). It is in this framework structure that the objectives and priority actions for 2023 are explained, proposed and implemented, in relation to which the Board of the Faculty assumes its commitment and counts on the commitment and collaboration of the entire FMUL Community.
