I did my pre-university studies in Beja, my homeland. In 2015, I came to Lisbon with the goal of becoming a Doctor and joined the Integrated Master in Medicine (MIM) at Lisbon Schol of Medicine (FMUL). During my academic career, I was always in contact with pedagogy at FMUL, being a volunteer monitor of Anatomy and Neuroanatomy at the Anatomy Institute of this Faculty. I attended several courses, trainings and workshops in this area, in order to acquire the maximum pedagogical-didactic skills to be used in teaching practice. With regard to the investigative aspect, I was involved in several basic and clinical research projects, with a scientific article and a poster published.
In 2021, I finished MIM with the classification of 17.4/20 values and started my career as Invited Assistant of Anatomy of FMUL. Currently, I am finishing my General Training Boarding School at the Hospital Center of Western Lisbon (CHLO) and, from 2023, I will start the Specialized Urology Training Boarding School at the University Hospital Center of Central Lisbon. With regard to my professional objectives, I intend to continue to evolve my practice of Medicine in its clinical, pedagogical and investigational aspects.
