BIAL’s drug for Parkinson's disease has recently been approved by the regulatory authorities in Japan.

This is a Portuguese research drug and was coordinated by Joaquim Ferreira, Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, Neurologist and Clinical Pharmacologist.

After Europe and the U.S., this approval by the East consolidates Bial's role in the world by reinforcing its ongoing commitment to the quality of life of patients worldwide.
