Biographical note
Nutritionist, specialist in community nutrition and public health, professor and researcher at Lisbon School of Medicine (FMUL) and the Estoril Higher School of Hospitality and Tourism. She holds a master's degree in metabolic diseases and eating behavior from FMUL, and a PhD in health sciences and technologies, a nutrition branch from the same faculty. She was executive coordinator of the PEN-3S project on nutritional status of the Portuguese with 65+ years. She has also worked as a clinical nutritionist in companies, hospitals and clinics, and in the area of food safety.
