World Food Day was celebrated on 16 October and the FMUL Nutrition Lab  could not let this date go unnoticed... Science, the ingredient of all “diets”, is the title of the e-book launched then.

“Originated from the Greek term diaita, the primary meaning of diet would be style or way of life, a broad construct, not restricted to eating behaviour”.

This is how this e-book begins, in which different current “diets” are presented and framed in light of current scientific evidence.
