Awards Ceremony of the 5th Annual Health + Solidarity Run
The Awards Ceremony of the 5th Annual Health + Solidarity Run was held at João Lobo Antunes Grand Auditorium on October 16th.
The idea for this project came five years ago, with the Centennial celebration of the Students Association of FMUL (AEFML). Being the biggest university run in the country, the Health + Solidarity Run is a non-profit activity developed by AEFML, whose goal has always been to create bonds between health and solidarity. This activity is exclusively organised by medical students of the University of Lisbon.
With the goal of promoting the practice of physical exercise in all age groups, the event includes 3 different races: a 10-km run, a 7-km run and a 4-km walk.
The 5th edition took place on May 6th, 2018 and raised a total of 10,609.32 euros and had 15,000 participants.
