Editorial Note
For a healthy summer!

In June we present a preview of the new Degree in Nutrition Sciences. Integrated into the concept "For a Healthy University," which has existed since the creation of the Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Centre of ULisboa, this Degree promises to continue with a concept which is increasingly important for the Faculty of Medicine, and of which its current Director Professor Fausto J. Pinto, who has recently taken office, is a strong supporter.
In order to be able to tell the whole story behind this Degree in Nutrition, its creation, what you need to be a good Nutritionist, we had to meet the Professors Catarina Sousa Guerreiro, Helena Cortez Pinto and Joana Sousa.
Still on Nutrition, we highlight the signing of an education protocol between the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Lisbon and the Lisbon City Council, under the Healthy School Meals Programme.
Moving on from a new-born degree to the experienced and consolidated Neurology group, we listened to some of the most brilliant minds of the FMUL who lit up the European Congress of Neurology and interact with us every day.
But you're wrong if you think we're gone for the holidays. We also take stock of the 29th anniversary of the GAPIC, with several initiatives underway, and we will tell you all about the Santa Casa da Misericórdia Awards - the João Lobo Antunes Prize, awarded to Pedro Alves, and the Nunes Correa Verdades de Faria Prize, awarded to Daniel Caldeira and Mariana Alves, bringing the Faculty to the headlines.
You will also be able to learn more about the Mentoring seminar, as the FMUL did not miss a meeting in northern Portugal.
As you can see, July brings you a lot to read and offers a glimpse of a return in full swing.
