Science 2018 - Meeting with Science and Technology in Portugal, the biggest national meeting of researchers from different institutions and areas of expertise, returns to Lisbon next week, from 2-4 July. South Africa is the guest country in this edition.

During the three days of the conference, the Grand Auditorium of the Lisbon Congress Centre, in Belém, will receive internationally renowned researchers, joined by entrepreneurs, political decision-makers, students from all school levels, primary and secondary school teachers and the interested public.

The program includes 92 sessions, 565 communications, 690 posters and 82 demonstrations where participants will get to know, in a practical and interactive manner, the projects underway in the country's research units.

The 2018 Science meeting is promoted by the Foundation for Science and Technology in collaboration with the Living Science and the Parliamentary Commission on Education and Science, with the institutional support of the Government through the Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education.
