On the first week of classes (introduction week) new students were asked to fill in a satisfaction survey which was aimed at assessing their opinion on the welcome they were receiving from FMUL, as well as on the registration process.
237 students completed the survey (1), which gives a 69% response rate.
Students were asked to rate, with the use of a number of various parameters, their satisfaction with the following stages of the welcome week: The Welcome, The Registration and The Tour of the Stands.
