Evaluation Of The Welcome/Enrolment Week | Year 1, 1st Time, 2013-2014
Results of the survey given to students
In order to know the opinion of new students on the welcome given by FMUL and the enrolment process, they were given a survey on the first day of classes (16 September 2013).
276 students participated in the survey, which means a response rate of 88%.
Students were asked to rank their level of satisfaction regarding various items associated with the stages of their reception: Welcome, Enrolment and the Tour of the Stands/Kiosks

The figures indicate a high level of satisfaction experienced by students enrolled in year 1 with regard to the organization, logistics and communication during the welcome/enrolment week. As for the Welcome (figure 1), we emphasize the evaluation of the Welcome (48% of respondents were “Very Satisfied”) and of the Guide of the Day(39% were “Very Satisfied”).
Regarding the Enrolment process (figure 2), the evaluation “Very Satisfied” with the support provided by employees of FMUL in this process by 56% of respondents stands out. The Comfort of the Areas (37% were “Very Satisfied”) and the Multimedia Guide (38% felt “Very Satisfied”) were equally appreciated.
The Tour of the Stands/Kiosks (figure 3) was assessed uniformly and attained very high levels of satisfaction.
