On 5 January 2012, the non-teaching employees who are members of the Joint Committee of FMUL took office at the Board of the Faculty and in the presence of the Director of FMUL. This Committee, established by Law no. 66-B/2007, of 28 December (establishing the new Integrated System for Management and Performance Assessment in Public Administration) has advisory jurisdiction to consider performance proposals disclosed to appraised non-teaching employees before publication.
The Joint Committee is made up of four members, of whom two represent the Faculty Board and are appointed by the Head of Service (Dispatch 2/2011) and two staff representatives elected by the employees (Dispatch 72-D/2011). It has a 2-year mandate.
