Invitation to Participate in the 13th “Education for Science” Workshop
As it celebrates 20 years of existence, the Office for the Support of Scientific and Technological Research, and Innovation (GAPIC) is organizing the 13th “Education for Science” workshop, which will take place on 14 December 2010, as part of the Celebrations of the 100th Anniversary of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Lisbon (FMUL).
The “Education for Science” workshop is an annual event attended by FMUL students who use it to present their scientific work, especially to their peers.
GAPIC invites all students, lecturers, and researchers to attend the 13th “Education for Science” workshop, where 54 undergraduate students will present the results of the 41 scientific research projects they are working on. The programme also includes a session to present the results of the project completed as part of the 5th AstraZeneca Foundation/FMUL Research Scholarship. One of the high moments will be the speech, during which homage will be paid to Professor David Ferreira, the founder of GAPIC.
