In view of the new challenges we are experiencing, the Student Support Office started a new section dedicated to Well-Being. With this section, we want, in a simple, humorous and reflective way, to make room for greater literacy in well-being and psychological health, providing tips and strategies of what you can do to continue taking care of yourself.
Therefore, we begin by asking you a question: How are you taking care of your psychological health?
Stay with us in this exercise and think about what you already do and what you need to continue doing in your day-to-day activity.
Remember that, as the popular saying goes, “you cannot give what you don't have”. So, take care of yourself so that you can have a better relationship with others.

Don't forget: If your feelings of anxiety and restlessness are excessive and/or you feel overwhelmed, unable to go about your daily life, don't be ashamed to ask a health professional for help.
