Last 8th of november (European Day of Healthy Food and Cooking) the “Mediterranean Diet” Science Cafe took place at the old canteen's bar of the University.
The event, part of the healthy eating initiative at Lisbon University, was attended by some nutrition specialists, including our Professor Catarina Sousa Guerreiro, who in a a relaxed manner, showed herself available to answer to the questions that originated this meeting: “How to introduce healthier eating habits? How to promote the consumption of local plants, without forgetting the sharing of knowledge between generations? ".
This was an initiative promoted by the University's health and wellness center, which developed a set of activities to promote the mediterranean diet as well as the acquisition of good dietary practices among Lisbon University students.
