Celebrating 1 July as World Library Day, the University of Lisbon could not have made a more proud choice to represent this day.

Coordinator of the teams at the Library of the Faculty of Medicine, Susana Henriques gives a passionate account of her profession and explains the importance of Libraries in Higher Education in this new digital era.
