The first session, “The Future of Hepatitis C”, took place on July 29, marking World Hepatitis Day (July 28). It was coordinated by Professor Rui Tato Marinho, Director of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Santa Maria Hospital and also President of the Portuguese Society of Gastroenterology, and was attended by prestigious guests, who joined the conversation from various other parts of our country. , such as Madeira, and also from Mozambique.
