New year, new life, new eating habits. To mark all these changes, the FMUL Nutrition Laboratory accepted the challenge proposed by Ciência Viva, and will add Know-how to the gastronomic Workshops - Cooking the World - that will take place over the next 6 months, at the Pavilhão do Conhecimento.
With limited registrations of 20 participants, the 1st Workshop Cooking the World will take place on 30th January, at 6:30pm, and will be dedicated to the impact of the Mediterranean diet on Health. With the collaboration of nutritionist Inês Asseiceira, also a professor at FMUL, the intention is to teach the preparation of new healthy dishes and stimulate the debate on nutrition and longevity.
