On 27 February, the cook Karla Mañé Rendón and nutritionist,Inês Asseiceira, and Professor at Lisbon School of Medicine will present the benefits of Mexican cuisine, whose pillars are based on an ancestral diet of the ancient Aztec civilization, with a varied and nutritionally exceptional plant base to health.
